Knowledge Management International Board of Directors lead the development and growth of the organization; to be the premier knowledge management solutions-based consulting, training and research organization, that is focused on serving Africa and international customers, to develop methods for the intelligent use of their corporation’s knowledge, business processes and information contents for business growth, to foster business success and innovation so that these organizations can be better positioned for success in today’s highly interactive and dynamic business environment. Management staff provides visionary leadership and direction of the company to ensure implementation of the company’s policies, vision, mission, and core values, while meeting its clients’ needs.

Executive Director – Knowledge Management International Ltd. & Founding Member of Kenya Institute of Knowledge Management Ltd
Ms. Lucy Njuguna is the Executive Director of Knowledge Management International. Her international experience in organizational management, learning administration, knowledge management, information management, consulting, training, and project management, span over 20 years in various organizations including; the World Bank, the Aga Khan Foundation, and ACDIVOCA, Kenya, where she was the program director in-charge of the Cooperative Development Program –CDP.  She holds an Msc in Information and Knowledge Management from Loughborough University, UK, and is a certified project management professional.

Managing Director – Business Acquisition and Strategic Planning, Knowledge Management International Ltd
Mr. Anthony Mwangi is the managing director of Knowledge Management International.  He is a practicing, Certified Public Secretary of Kenya (CPS). He is currently undergoing a Masters degree in international business law (LLM), at the University of London. Mr Mwangi has held senior positions in international organizations including consulting for the World Bank and the Corporate Council on Africa in Washington DC. Through his visionary leadership and direction of the company, and his excellent business skills, he leads in the development of the long-term business strategies and business plans that facilitate the growth and profitability of the company. He has over 20 years experience in business.

Information and Communication Technology -ICT Administrator
Mr. Isaac Kuria is the ICT Manager at KMI in-charge of; web design and development, information architecture and Web Search Engine training. He has a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Moi University. Mr. Kuria also ensures that the calendar of events and training schedule is up-to-date.
